To increase the confidence in our products and secure the money of our valued customers; Test Killer offers refund to our valueable customers in the following cases:
- If you are not satisfy with our material; we offer you refund.
- If you fail in your certification by preparing your exam with our material; you will need to send us your failed exam scanned copy as JPEG / PDF to itsolexpert@yahoo.com. Upon receiving the copy; you will be refunded same day.
Note:
Refund will not be granted after 60 days of purchase date.
